This program provides emerging opportunities for credentialed professionals, like mobile notaries and fingerprint technicians, to better serve the marijuana-using public, as well as the cannabis industry and the professionals who work within it.

Do you have an office?
Answer: No, I am a Mobile Notary. I can come to you and will meet you at a place that is convenient for you whether it is at your home, office, hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, library and even a coffee shop.
Do i need an ID and if so, what kind?
Yes, all signers need to provide a valid ID which is one of the following: California driver’s license, California State ID, U.S. Passport book or card, Foreign passport stamped by the U.S. Citizenship and immigration service, Driver’s license or non-driver’s ID issued by another U.S. State. Unfortunately, a temporary driver’s license or ID cards cannot be accepted. This also means that an expired ID presented with a temporary ID cannot be accepted.
what if I don't have acceptable id?
Answer: A document signer can bring two credible witnesses (unknown to the notary) or one credible witness if the notary knows them. The witnesses must present a valid ID to the notary and must know the document signer and not have any interest in the document being signed. The credible witnesses must be willing to swear or affirm under oath that they know you.
Does the notary provide the form that needs to be notarized?
Answer: No, the signer must provide the form that needs to be notarized. Please let me know what kind of document it is and if it is already prepared. Please note that it cannot have any blanks.
